Hours; 40 hours per week, shift patterns between 8am -8pm across 5 in 7 days

6 Months FTC

Do you have great attention to detail? Experienced in working in maintenance or general building repairs? Are you friendly, approachable and happy to talk to our Students? Then working in our Maintenance team at iQ could be the place for you.

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the team, in this role you'll be responsible for carrying out general maintenance and minor building repairs on our site.

Our buildings are the homes of our Student's, so you'll make a big a difference to their day-to-day lives and you'll get the opportunity to learn new skills.

You'll be responsible for:

Conducting compliance checks across the property
Undertake reactive maintenance tasks including Minor plumbing repairs
Joinery and carpentry
Painting and decorating
Ensure site based checks are carried out, such as emergency light testing, water temperature testing and fire alarm testing.
Ensure the gardens and grounds maintenance to the property are well maintained
