This is an opportunity for a focused and career-driven Conveyancer looking for a new challenge.

I am working with a renowned and prestigious firm who are looking for a Conveyancer to join their thriving team.

The work involved covers the entire Conveyancing spectrum, so you'll need to have a firm understanding and experience in dealing with Conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion.

You'll also, ideally have,

2+ Years of experience in working within a Conveyancing team, handling your own caseload of around 70 files.
Experience in dealing with a Case Management System
An ability to deal with a diverse caseload involving matters of the sale and purchase of both registered and unregistered property leasehold and freehold.
A keen interest in networking and building on the departments, and wider firm's, strong existing connections.
