This role is available to bridge the gap between the Accounts Assistant and Finance Director in the company.

You will be working in partnership with the Finance Director and be their right-hand man or woman You will essentially be the number two in Finance.

If you have dipped your toes into management accountants and not getting that next level of exposure you are dying for then this really is the perfect role for you.

You'll be working alongside the FD, and it is expected that you have management accountsexperience but you will get trained up in finalising the accounts including producing commentary for the reports and sitting in essential board meetings where you will play a key part in the decision making to grow the business even further.

The FD doesn't see this as a role where you just reporting to him you will be working directly alongside him - so there is no hierarchy in this business, just a dynamic progressive team that gives you the opportunity to fully evolve as a Management Accountant.

This isn't a dictatorship, everyone's opinion from trainee level to the FD will be listened too.
