Description

We currently have an opportunity for two Hire Controllers to join our Shoring division to provide customer service and develop business by aiming to convert all enquiries into hire business.

**Skills & experience required: - Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills

Experience of working in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of proprietary shoring equipment advantageous
Knowledge construction/housing/civil engineering industry advantageous
Good geographical knowledge of region/UK advantageous

I

T Skills:

Basic computer literacy
MS Office/Outlook skills
Knowledge of G42 or other similar hire rental asset management systems advantageous
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems advantageous
Excellent telephone manner essential
