    We are seeking a visionary Head of Fundraising/Partnerships to lead our mission forward, driving innovative strategies and inspiring a talented team to build lasting partnerships.

    This is your chance to join a growing charity with big ambitions, setting sights on raising £1.9 million in 2024/25.

    About the Role

    • Lead ambitious, multi-channel fundraising strategy across corporate, individual, and community giving.
    • Inspire and lead a team of five passionate fundraisers, fostering their growth and ensuring exceptional results.
    • Build and nurture relationships with donors, supporters, and partners, ensuring they stay connected to our mission.
    • Take ownership of financial planning and reporting, ensuring we hit our £1.9m target.

    We're looking for a leader who brings:

    • 5+ years' experience in fundraising management, with a track record of delivering ambitious results.
    • Ideal corporate fundraising expertise.
    • A proven ability to inspire and lead teams, fostering both individual and collective success.
    • Expertise in building relationships, managing budgets, and driving impactful strategies.

    Competitive package: £50,000-£60,000 per annum, 25 days of holiday (plus bank holidays and extra days at Christmas). Minimum three days per week working from our London office.
