Head of Firmware - £70-100k - Oxfordshire
My client is an exciting, fast-growing manufacturer in their niche developing power electronics products for the green energy sector. Due to an internal promotion, they're looking for a head of firmware.


Main duties:

***+ Managing a small firmware team (~5 developers)

  • Responsibility for firmware architecture
  • Code review, mentoring & coaching
  • Further growth in the firmware team**Skills and Experience Required**:*** Demonstrable experience leading a small team
  • Firmware architecture experience
  • Significant full lifecycle embedded software development experience
  • C/C & Python (at least 2 of 3)
