REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • GCSE or equivalent level numeracy and literacy
  • Previous experience in stock control
  • Knowledge of procurement and stock control systems and procedures
  • Well organised, attention to detail and an analytic mind
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Selfmotivation and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced team environment
  • Food product knowledge
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office package
