The Role

The Business Development Manager will target and grow new clients within the manufacturing and supply chain sector including Rail, Aerospace, Automotive and FMCG businesses and offer a range of bespoke solutions to aid and improve operational efficiencies.

The Business Development Manager will visit and engage with new clients to win projects and draw upon a proven engineering background to propose solutions and offer a value proposition-driven approach to the sales process - centred around the integrationof digital twinned solutions alongside engineering excellence.

The Business Development Manager will support RFQ creation, offer quotations and negotiate costs working in close liaison with the engineering and digital teams.

You will be required to travel UK wide for the role with occasional overnight stays and as sucha full driving licence is required for the role.

The Person

Experience within a consultative sales format, creating value proposition is essential - within this business, no two solutions are the same You will ideally possess a technically focused degree or equivalent and excellent communication skills to buildeffective relationships with customers.

A demonstrable passion for the positive impact that digital technologies can create in manufacturing and supply chain is essential for the role alongside a core appreciation of engineered solutions.
