basisbased at our Gallimore Lodge service in
Grays, Essex. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of
£21,255
per annum.

About the Care Support Worker
role:

As our
Care Support Worker, you will assist people to live well, be independent and be connected to their own community.

Our Customers have lived in our service for many years, they are all individual and deserve to have a person centred approach to their support, we need people who impact and inject their lives with joy and happiness.

This role will require an Enhanced DBS check._
Please note this role involves personal care (including personal cleaning, supporting to have meals and manual handling)._

What you can expect to be doing as our Care Support Worker:

Providing social, practical and emotional support to customers so that the individual supported can achieve their personal goals and aspirations
Where required, supporting people with all activities of daily living including providing personal care in a way the respects their dignity
Participating actively in personalised support planning, ensuing that the person we support has maximum choice and control in their life
Supporting individuals to pursue hobbies and leisure activities at home and in their community
Bringing ideas and enthusiasm to your role, search out new and innovative opportunities with the people you support
Protecting the safety of the people you are supporting, following all management plans consistently including those relating to health, diet, medication, finances and behaviour
