Role Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide efficient and effective support to the Director of Corporate Governance, and the wider Executive team in a broad range of administrative and support related tasks.
- Efficient taking of minutes in meetings, such as Board meetings.
- Proactive diary management.
- Providing comprehensive reactive and proactive administrational support.
- Support in Group eLearning, including maintaining eLearning / training records and reviewing course options.
- Assist in the process of creating and reviewing governance policies and initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining the Company Secretary registers across the Alderley companies.
- Support with matters relating to bank guarantees.
- Update and maintain the Gifts and Hospitality register.
- Typing up of letters and any other document as and when required and issuing/ posting of same.
- Formatting of Word Documents
- Undertake specific projects as directed.
