Role Summary


The Executive Assistant will provide efficient and effective support to the Director of Corporate Governance, and the wider Executive team in a broad range of administrative and support related tasks.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Efficient taking of minutes in meetings, such as Board meetings.
  • Proactive diary management.
  • Providing comprehensive reactive and proactive administrational support.
  • Support in Group eLearning, including maintaining eLearning / training records and reviewing course options.
  • Assist in the process of creating and reviewing governance policies and initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining the Company Secretary registers across the Alderley companies.
  • Support with matters relating to bank guarantees.
  • Update and maintain the Gifts and Hospitality register.
  • Typing up of letters and any other document as and when required and issuing/ posting of same.
  • Formatting of Word Documents
  • Undertake specific projects as directed.
