Job Title:
Vehicle Enhancement Administrator

Location:
Hybrid Role (Midlands Based - Must be able to travel to BCA Measham once a week)

Salary:
£21,065

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00

Main purpose of job:

Reporting in to the Operations Support Manager. To support the Vehicle Enhancement Team with Repair Program day-to-day operations and administration.


Main Responsibilities:

Working as part of the team in the daily administration of:

  • AS400 job card records
  • Spreadsheet and query handling
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • RPA report generation
  • Adhoc support for valet operations.
  • Escalate any complex issues to the relevant manager
  • Action any issues, queries or complaints arising so that any problems are resolved in a timely fashion, to all parties' satisfaction as far as is reasonably practicable. Escalate any complex issues to the relevant manager.
  • Undertake crossfunctional tasks within the Vehicle Enhancement team as necessary to meet operational requirements.
  • Undertake adhoc tasks as necessary to meet the business needs and for your own personal development.

Essential Criteria

  • Administrative experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High level of accuracy
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good IT skills, particularly Excel

Desirable Criteria

  • AS400 experience
