Our client based in Thame is looking for a Customer Service Administrator.

The main duties of the Customer Service Administrator will involve:

  • The role will also involve registering auction bidders, processing payments and serving customers face-to-face at the counter.
To be successful in this Customer Service Administrator role you will:

  • Be customer focused with a clear and confident telephone manner.
  • You will be a team player and happy working in a busy office.
  • IT skills and general understanding of motor vehicles preferable.
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel is an advantage.


Working hours for the Customer Service Administrator are Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm with a 4.45pm finish on Fridays.

Salary 24.5K with good benefits.
