Head of Marketing - Bowel Management

Role Overview


Join us for an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the future of Bowel Management marketing within our innovative market leading organisation.


As the Head of Marketing for Bowel Management (BM), you will lead strategic planning for the UK & Ireland, ensuring comprehensive market readiness and execution.

Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop commercial launch plans and oversee their implementation.

Actively engaging with key internal teams, you'll contribute to the development of business plans for pipeline innovations, ensuring local and global sign-offs.


As the execution lead for the BM portfolio, you'll maintain stakeholder engagement, coordinate workstreams, and present business cases to leadership teams.

Your responsibilities extend to developing launch plans, defining KPIs, and ensuring cross-functional delivery, working closely with the BM market manager for post-launch success.

Building partnerships with medical marketing, you'll establish a clinical BM Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network, advocating for BM offerings.

Your role includes leading publication planning for the BM portfolio, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop a market-leading publication plan.


Additionally, you'll actively contribute to advisory boards, ensuring value through engaging agendas and collecting key feedback to shape future plans.

Continuously scanning the BM market landscape, you'll provide analysis and recommendations for future innovations.


As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the overall direction of our marketing initiatives.

In the dynamic and fast-paced environment of healthcare marketing, you demonstrate clear accountability and agility, ensuring effective navigation through evolving challenges and opportunities.

BSc/MSc in business, marketing, or health sciences (preferred).
Minimum of 8-10 years proven success in sales, marketing, and/or strategic launch planning with a healthcare focus.
Experience in operational marketing related to product launches and brand management.
People management experience.
