Our customer base is growing and as such we now need to recruit a Client Account Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact
  • Understand client's needs and objectives, and develop and present proposals for events and marketing campaigns that meet those needs
  • Manage the planning, execution, and evaluation of events and marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
  • Continuously seek new business opportunities and actively participate in business development activities
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments, and ensure that we stay ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver outstanding results

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Client Account Manager or similar role in the events and marketing industry
  • Strong understanding of event planning and marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated, proactive and resultsdriven approach
  • Strong team player with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment
