IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED
An opportunity has arisen to join our growing claims management business in Ferndown. We are recruiting now to add to our team of claims specialists as part of a relocation program.


Here at Active Claims Solutions, we provide excellent service, replacement vehicles and repair management services to victims of non-fault road traffic accidents.


Previous experience in a customer service role is essential and ideally you will have previous experience in dealing with motor claims, but full training will be provided.


As a Live Claims Advisor, you will be dealing with our referring clients, and victims of road traffic accidents, so you will need excellent communication skills and telephone manner, as well as the ability to build a rapport with people over the phone.


The role requires you to assess accident circumstances to establish liability, which may involve engaging with other key parties and obtaining detailed information.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get in early on an exciting new phase in our growth.


Hybrid working is available after training with typically 3 days a week in the office and 2 from home if you prefer.


SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Experience in customer service is essential, experience in telephone customer service is desired.

Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
