Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled or semi skilled Joiner to undertake maintenance for Housing association properties.
ideal person, would be a young improver or perhaps an older person who has a reasonable set of tools owns there own transport ( expenses paid ) and can muck in with other trades and generally keep busy when no joinery is available.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct painting, plumbing, and electrical work related to joinery projects
Skills:
- Proficiency in using power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling wood
- Experience in joinery techniques including measuring, cutting, and fitting wood components
- Knowledge of carpentry principles and practices
- Familiarity with painting, plumbing, and basic electrical work related to joinery
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Freelance
Pay:
£14.14-£18.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week

Experience:
- Joinery: 1 year (required)
- Carpentry: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- CSCS (preferred)
