Full time (Monday - Friday) Hybrid
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking, creative and unique company based in the heart of Dorking, Surrey.
Previous office based customer service/admin experience is desirable however someone who possess a good set of transferable skills, is a quick learner and has exceptional customer service abilities would also be considered.
Responsibilities will include:
- General administration using inhouse system
- Assisting with keeping the website up to date
- Liaising with other departments
- Order processing
Our client is recruiting due to company expansion and is looking for someone with the desire and potential to continue growing with the business.
- Minimum of a C grade/grade 4 in GCSE Maths and English
- Previous experience working with customers
- Organised
- Punctual
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- An understanding on social media platforms and trends would be of an advantage.
