JOB DESCRIPTION:
Kay & Trouw is a niche recruitment consultancy with ambitious plans for international growth. We provide premium international recruitment solutions in the area of Finance Advisory and Finance Systems.

Our client base includes several of the world's largest consultancies in addition to a number of global blue-chip corporations. We currently work with clients across Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and North America.

As a consultant, you will focus on two main areas: project delivery and sales/business development.


Responsibilities:

• Utilise sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies;
• Visit clients to build and develop relationships;
• Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment;
• Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client;
• Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;
• Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and self-motivated person. Previous experience of working in a dynamic sales-driven environment would be beneficial.

You will be confident building long-term relationships with CxO level people, many of whom work for some of the world's most inspiring companies.

You will have a proven ability to work effectively as part of a small team, but will also be comfortable working independently.

Furthermore a fluency in English is essential, plus business level skills with one of the following:
French, German, Nordic languages, Arabic and/or Asian languages.

The position is located at our office in Warnford Court office in central London.
