£12.82 to £13.33 per hour, Temporary to Permanent, 08:00 to 16:30pm, BS5 Speedwell, Bristol, on-site parking, pension, holidays plus more.

Working within a team of 2 as part of a wider office team of 20, This role as sales administrator will see you:

Entering client information and order information accurately
Arranging the transport of parts across the UK.
Managing clients expectations and prioritising clients spares orders.
Assisting the wider team in general department administration and assisting the department managers.

The sales administrator will have a need to hold good IT skills with ideally experience within the use of a CRM system and Microsoft packages.

Hold Customer Service experience and have a excellent attention to detail. The successful individual would ideally hold some engineering or manufacturing industry experience within a coordination and data processing role. This would suit someone who has worked as a service coordinator, contracts coordinator or a contracts administrator.
