Assistant - Queens Park

Are you looking for a Primary Teaching Assistant position to support children? Have you had previous experience as a Primary Teaching Assistant?


You do not need previous experience within a school setting as a Primary Teaching Assistant but you will have had previous experience with children in some capacity and must have a general understanding of what is required of you as a Primary Teaching Assistant.

The Role:


  • Primary Teaching Assistant working with children to support their learning
  • Preparing the classroom for lessons and tidying it up afterwards
  • Motivating and encouraging students to achieve their true potential
  • Support the teachers in different classes with preparing lessons and resources
  • Work across different classes potentially depending on what the school requires throughout the course of the school day

Requirements:

Available to work 8:30 to 4pm, Monday to Friday:

  • Previous experience working with children in a school or alternate setting
  • You ideally have previous experience as a Primary Teaching Assistant or at the minimum have recent experience with children in some capacity
  • Available full time for ideally long term contracts

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
