We are recruiting
Rentolease are looking for a self motivated, flexible part time
Accounts Administrator to work in our busy
Troon office 16 hours split over
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5pm.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at one of Ayrshire largest property firms.

The role will be focused on accounts and daily inputting of rentals and common charges receipts and will be office based in our Troon office.

Good administration and organisation skills required as well as being a team player and able to work alone. Full training will be given.

The job will include arranging, carrying out:

  • Daily entering of rent and charges accounts
  • Uploading bank statements onto our system
  • Dealing with account queries
  • Paying clients rent
  • Paying contractors
  • Dealing with property enquiries
  • Issuing statements and accounts
  • General office duties
Previous accounts and office experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
