Description
Conduct confidential interviews for job openings published by the organisation.- Advise on training and recruitment, negotiating procedures, salary agreements and other personnel matters.
- Train personnel, recommend policies and assist with their implementation.
- Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organisational goals.
- Define job description and document specifications
- Build longterm client relationships
- Research and develop recruiting leads
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Followup references and check credits
Minimum Salary:
£26,500 per Annum, working 37.5 hours per week.
Experience Required
- Previous experience working as a Recruitment Consultant/Recruitment personnel, preferably in a care staffing/care provider setting.
- Degree or equivalent in HR (desirable)

£26,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
