Stratford Upon Avon(Full Time Office Based)


Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team and be the first point of contact for all support queries.

This will be a mixture of 1st and 2nd Line Support which will also include some Administrative tasks that are listed in thebelow.


Duties:


  • Be the first point of contact for all support queries
  • Resolving tickets raised by end users associated with operating systems
  • Performing regular compliance tasks and checks
  • Installation of new software and hardware
  • Maintenance of desktop images
  • User account creation and set up of end user IT equipment
  • Ensure regular backups of systems are taken successfully
  • Maintaining the IT asset database
  • Management and administration of antispam and antivirus systems
  • Assist in system upgrades and system maintenance
  • Liaise with third party suppliers
  • Assist in building and maintaining good relationships between across all departments
  • Procuring end user and software support
