Are you passionate about Occupational Health and want to work for one of the world's leading international Universities that values student and staff experience and wellbeing? The Health and Safety Department is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Head of Occupational Health to take continue to develop and lead the establishment of the relatively new Occupational Health team.


You will work closely with the Director of Occupational Health & Safety, Director of Human Resources and colleagues across the University to develop and manage the University's occupational health service and ensure the provision of a professional, timely and quality driven service.

As lead on all matters relating to occupational health across the University, including health surveillance, you will develop occupational health strategies, protocols and policies in consultation with the University's Health & Safety committees.


This is an exciting opportunity to be a member of the Health and Safety Department leadership team as well as playing a key role in improving the staff and student experience across the University.


You will be able to demonstrate a balanced approach to leadership, the ability to adapt, change and respond to competing priorities, and decisive decision making in challenging situations.
