Position Overview:

The Associate Project Delivery Lead is primarily responsible for planning, tracking, and managing customer projects.

The associate level role will be responsible for customer projects that are smaller in size and complexity, including customer offboardings.

Associates Leads will be trained on the Thrive project management process and have opportunity to grow into a Lead role managing larger projects.

The individual will serve as the main point of contact for customers and their technical resources (internal and external parties) throughout the project.

The role requires the individual to drive projects to success through clear expectation setting, task management, and status updates.

An Associate Project Delivery Lead will communicate with and organize Thrive internal resources including Engineers using project management software, checklists, and reports.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Investigate customer project needs by working with account managers to understand project success criteria and technical requirements
Work with the Finance team to properly understand client account balance and invoicing needs
Effectively communicate with client technical and nontechnical staff by creating digestible project plans that organize tasks into appropriate phases
Transition clients on and off Thrive managed services

Minimum Qualifications:

Educated to degree level or equivalent
Moderate experience in project management and/or professional services, or you are able to articulate an aptitude for this through your experiences in extracurricular activities
Skilled in managing project plans, creating timelines, and keeping all parties on track
Interpersonal Skills strong verbal and written communication, conflict resolution, positive attitude, teamwork, ability to follow process

It would be great if you also have:

Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, Prince etc.)
Experience using ServiceNow (or other project management software)
Willingness to improve team process and contribute to team and company initiatives
Understanding of cloud computing, networking, cyber security, and disaster recovery concepts
Familiarity with technologies included but not limited to:
