Property Maintenance Apprentice:

£11,777.70 annual salary (above minimum paid, age increases) 36hrs per week (33.

5hrs during term time):

Possible start - up to the end of September 2023:

General Duties to Include:

Assisting in Kitchen & Bathroom Replacement
Internal & External masonry repairs
Hanging doors, Fitting Skirting, Decorative panelling, first & second fix carpentry
General repairs to roofs and rainwater goods
General plumbing repairs
Health & Safety tasks such as fire alarm testing & legionella control

Training Provider

Skills
No experience necessary but an interest in General Maintenance, carpentry, construction or labouring work would be an advantage.

Personal qualities:

Enthusiasm
Able to follow instruction
Desire to learn the building Maintenance trade
Punctual and good time keeping
Able to communicate

Qualifications:

Four GCSE grades A*- D or - 3 including Maths and English.

Things to consider
GCT is based in the City Centre of Gloucester.

Driving not required.

Holiday entitlement: 28 days (Including Bank Holiday)
