Account Manager - Recruitment (Part-Time)
This is a great opportunity for some to enter the world of recruitment. You would be joining Search Consultancy who are a private equity backed recruitment agency with a £220 Million turnover.

We have an award winning internal training and development programmefor all our team and this role can provide someone a platform to develop within our business.


Typical duties will involve:

  • Health & Safety Inductions prior to starting work
  • Back to work interviews (following absence)
  • Production planning with our client
  • Reviews with staff to check their enjoyment of the role
  • Admin tasks such as managing reports, time + attendance systems and payroll processing


You will be supported by an existing member of the team on-site 2 days a week as well as our wider team in the Leeds office and you will be put onto our training programme.

Due to the nature of this role we can accommodate reduced hours and a Monday-Friday working week such as 9am to 3pm or even 10am to 2pm and we would pro-rata the salary.

Previous recruitment or account management experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Great customer service skills
  • Someone good at building relationships
  • Able to work under pressure and multitask
  • Someone capable of being organised and meeting deadlines
  • IT literate experience with databases, Excel and Word are essential
