Description
My client requires several temporary call centre-based outbound telephone interviewers. These roles are offered on an ongoing basis so ideally you will be available on a long-term basis.


The South Shields location is within 5 minutes of the town centre bus and metro and free car parking is available on site.

There is a low-cost on-site café and free teas and coffees are provided in the office.


Hourly Pay:

£10.50 basic + £1.27 holiday pay -
£11.77 combined

Role Description:


On behalf of the training/course providers (colleges) you will telephone current and former students to gain invaluable feedback on courses they have attended.

This information is then used by the learning providers to plan curriculums and to improve courses for future students.

There is no cold calling or selling involved within the role as you are simply conducting post course/training research.

Each call takes around 2-3 minutes to complete and is database driven and scripted.

Solid training is provided, and continued support is always available.

Current working hours are
9am to 7pm Monday to Thursday with potential overtime available.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£10.50-£11.77 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
