This is a Transactions Due Diligence role with a few key differences;

The Role:


  • Perform latestage Financial Due Diligence drawing on both your financial and data manipulation/analytics/integration skills with the use of software such as Python, SQL, Alteryx and Excel
  • Using a Financial/Commercial approach to understand the client's needs and the end goal
  • Assessing the target company's financial performance and commercial opportunities which can come from a wide variety of areas depending on the client's product/service and customer base
  • Clearly relaying technical and nontechnical findings back to the client and internal teams
  • Working well as part of your immediate team and being a good representative of the team to the wider firm and clients themselves

The Person:


  • Financial acumen gained from your experience and education to date. Applications welcome from a variety of backgrounds including (but not limited to);
  • Corporate Finance, Transactions and Restructuring
  • Audit and Internal Audit
  • Financial Accounting/Analysis
  • Management Accounting
  • Project Accounting
  • Tech savvy and general interest in technology/software
  • Ideally qualified with a recognised Accountancy body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) but applicants meeting all other criteria will still be considered
  • You'll have strong attention to detail and find motivation in working to clear deadlines
