Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues.

This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Duties:


  • Respond to customer inquiries via various face to face channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and order details
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to management
  • Assist with resolving customer complaints or escalations
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products, promotions, and policies
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,942.23 per year
