Description
Order Processing:
Checking customer orders to entered details, Raising Purchase order to supplier off the back of a customer order. Checking and sending licences to customers. Shipping of customer orders using courier systems.
Finance:
Inputting of supplier invoices against purchase orders checking for delivery and accuracy. Assisting the finance department with ad-hoc tasks when required including preparation of customer statements.
Administration:
Unlocking doors at beginning of day, Ensuring that meeting rooms are tidy before and after meetings. Replenishing supplies in the kitchen daily. Assisting with maintenance tasks in the office.
