Salary:
£13,142 per annum (Full time equivalent £23,000)

Working hours: 20 Hours per week
- (Hours to be worked over 4/5 days. Working days to include Monday, Wednesday, Friday. There is a requirement to work two Friday per month shifts until 6pm)_

ROLE DUTIES

  • Providing effective Administration support to the General Manager and Assistant Manager
  • First point of contact for incoming communications regarding bookings and administration for the Retreat House.
  • Confidentiality directing correspondence to the appropriate member of staff.
  • Responsible for greeting guests, suppliers and visitors to the House in a professional and friendly manner.

CRITERIA

  • Experience of working as an Administrator in a busy team
  • Highly organised, including the ability to manage bookings and deposits effectively.
  • IT literate, with experience of using MS Office products or equivalent to an intermediate level
  • Personable, willing and helpful, able to respond to different needs and multiple priorities.
