The Job:

It is truly exciting times here at the Richmond Park and we are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist our senior management team to achieve the future potential, evolve the business and achieve our vision.

Job Specific Accountabilities:

To develop, motivate and support your team.

To assist in achieving food & beverage revenue targets and profit conversions.

To plan and manage staffing levels within agreed budgets.

To ensure a robust training plan implemented to include job specific and mandatory training.

Able to perform Hotel duty management shifts on a rota basis.

To ensure regular feedback given to the team through reviews, coffee chats or performance review meetings.

Ensure smooth running of all food and beverage departments (Restaurant, bars and event space)

Create a customer responsive culture within the team and hotel.

Effective management of the hotel POS system, to include updates, staff training and reporting.

To effectively coach and develop the team.

Create positive working relationships across all food and beverage teams.
