Multi Trader required.

South West Building & Refurbishments Ltd are expanding our building company and we are seeking a Multi Trader to join the team.

The role is based around Somerset & Wiltshire, predominantly around Bath.

The role - As a Multi Trader you will be an experienced individual who sets very high standards of workmanship.

We are looking for someone who is keen and who likes a challenge. Must be able to work as a team and work independently with Excellent customer service skills.


Key skills:

• General building work

In addition to one or more of the below would be advantageous

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Electrics
• Painting & decorating
• Plastering

Minimum of 40 hours per week, possibility of extra hours/overtime on evenings and weekends.

Own tools preferred but not essential.

Day rate dependant on experience.


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bath, Somerset: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Investment Trading &

Brokerage Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
