As an SMT Team Leader, you will play a critical role in overseeing our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) team.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supervising a team of engineers and technicians involved in the SMT processes.
  • Ensuring the efficient operation of the SMT production lines and meeting project timelines.
  • Maintaining and optimizing SMT equipment, identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Implementing quality control measures and conducting inspections to maintain product standards.
  • Monitoring and managing inventory levels of SMT components.
  • Providing guidance and training to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
