Job Summary
An experienced consultative and transformative role within Global Network & Settlement Operations.

Having depth and breadth of experience, utilising professional approaches and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

Works on challenging issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key stakeholders both inside and outside own area of expertise. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of colleagues.


What you will be doing:


  • Responsible for process related solutions within Global Network & Settlement Operations
  • Defining stakeholder needs, determining a goforward strategy and developing a plan for delivery of the project
  • Generally leading to increased efficiency of internal operational processes and activities
  • Being the primary liaison to key stakeholders within Operations & Finance and manage many aspects of relationships with the stakeholder group
  • Managing aspects of multiple projects throughout the project lifecycle including intake and requirements, prioritization, development, testing, training, release, and postproduction support
  • Owning an entire project endtoend and coordinating aspects of larger initiatives with other analysts and colleagues
  • Quickly learning about many teams, systems, and processes within Global Finance Operations and specifically Global Network & Settlement Operations through a variety of project engagements that span functional areas and systems

What you bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or similar
  • Experience in a Finance / Accounting / Finance Operations within a large corporate environment
  • Experience in Payments or Financial Services
  • 10+ years of experience in consultative and transformative project roles supporting financial technology related projects
  • Strong data and analytic skills with large datasets and complex processes
  • Knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau or similar tools
  • Ability to operate in a fastpaced environment

Added bonus if you have:


  • Experience with SOX Compliance
  • Experience with Agile development roles and processes
