Credit Controller, £12.99ph, Harrogate, 3 Months Contract


Do you have a credit control background or maybe you have strong customer service or sales skills? Are you available immediately? Our client is looking credit controllers to assist within their credit control team.


Skills Required:


  • Credit control experience or Customer Service/Sales
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident user of excel would be advantageous.

Key Duties:


  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Take ownership of allocated ledger of customers and chase for overdue payments with the aim of reducing aged debt profile and improving percentage of debts paid to terms.
  • Log queries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Resolving any queries.
  • Under guidance, take ownership of specified customer reporting and debt/payment analysis.
  • Undertake credit limit in line with the Company's risk policy and delegated authority limits.
  • Provide support/cover for team members as necessary.
