Description

Due to continued expansion regal Gaming Technologies are recruiting for a part time customer service agent, working from our office in Bamber Bridge hours will be 9am-5pm Tuesday and Wednesday and an additional vacancy 9am-5pm Thursday and Friday.

The Service Control Operators are the first point of contact for our customers; it is a vital role to ensure that our customers feel supported.

The primary objective is to answer incoming customer phone calls and accurately record issues or requests.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner
  • Escalating customer issues with management when the need arises
  • Adhering to the company's policies and procedures when interacting with customers
  • Following up on customer's calls to ensure that customers are satisfied
  • Staying up to date regarding the company's products and services and attending training when required
  • Ensuring accurate comprehension of the customer's requests and issues by confirming and clarifying information
  • Maintaining accurate customer records in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system and completing call logs and reports.
  • Adhering to current regulatory requirements to include, but not limited to, the Gambling Act 2005.

Part-time hours: 15 per week

£8,205.60 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
