I'm working with the Director of the Healthcare team within a highly prestigious Investment Bank who are looking for an exceptional Associate who is passionate to continue their career within the Healthcare/Lifesciences sector.

You will be working with highly respected Directors with a wealth of knowledge and experience who will be hands-on, enabling for you to mentored from the very best who have the ability to accelerate your career and build your network

Responsibilities include

Preparing marketing materials e.g. management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations
Valuing companies and businesses
Gathering public information through numerous sources
Assisting in the marketing and planning of M&A engagements
Coordinating and conducting business due diligence
Creating financial model analyses
Drafting marketing documents for clients
Mentoring analysts in the completion of presentations, research and financial analyses.


Skills:

Strong Academics with a minimum of a 2'1 degree
Proven M&A deal execution experience from a leading bank or boutique from a healthcare sector team.
Able to work in complex situations and deliver results.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Proactive mindset, high energy and enthusiasm.
