Group FP&A Manager

Central London

Up to £80,000 + bonus + benefits
Partner Financial are working with a PE backed, high growth technology business to identify a Group FP&A Manager.

The Group is ideally positioned to continue to expand by acquisition and as a result of the substantial investments made into the technologyof the product and services that the business provides.

Reporting into the FP&A Director, you will be responsible for delivering the monthly reporting requirements for the Group FP&A team; looking to create and drive efficiencies within the division.

The opportunity offers extensive exposure to the senior leadershipteam, as well as involvement with investor relations.

Key Responsibilities

Leading the planning and delivery of the monthly management reporting processes, driving automation and efficiencies where possible
Supporting the FP&A Director on the preparation of key month end reports including the executive and board reports, as well as the CFO review
Acting as a number two to the FP&A Director when necessary, and leading discussions at a leadership and executive level
Offering advice and training the junior members of the team to support their development
Working closely with the BI and Analytics team on any ad hoc projects involving the improvement of the FP&A function
Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
Previous experience working within an FP&A function
Exposure managing multibusiness area financial reporting activities
Excellent communication skills, and previous experience working with senior stakeholders
Experience working with Tableau and SAP is advantageous
