  • As and EU Quality and Regulatory Coordinator, you will work for a company that touches billions of consumers every day. You will be part of an experienced team and have the opportunity to develop your expertise together with your colleagues inside and outside the team.
  • You will be Office based in Overseal, Derbyshire and report directly to the Global Regulatory Director.

In this exciting role you will:


  • Provide a technical advisory service to customers for the Overseal site and back up for other EU sites.
  • Manage the customer surveys and questionnaire responses.
  • Maintain the technical documentation.
  • Assist the Global Quality Sense Colour BU team with system administration items and continuous improvement projects.
  • Assist the local Overseal Quality team with maintenance of the Quality Assurance system and technical administration for appropriate systems.
  • Assist Sense Colour BU EU Regulatory team with food and beverage and other related regulations, compliance and regulatory strategy affecting the business.
  • Support and participate in site safety, quality, and environmental programmes
  • Help maintain Finished Product Specifications, supporting technical documents managed via Givaudan systems.
  • Liaise with the Global Quality Documentation team and Regulatory Team on customer enquiries.
  • Work with team members on Continuous improvement documentation projects, including integration projects.
  • Help maintain the site Quality Assurance system where required.
  • Liaise with Production to obtain customer requested information e.g., packaging configurations.
  • Liaise with the Science and Innovation team on technical enquiries related to Quality and Regulatory topics.
  • Advise the business on regulatory compliance for colour products.
  • Safety Data Sheet changes to be managed via Givaudan EHS team
    You have:
  • Bachelor's degree in law/regulatory desirable
  • At least 2 years' experience in related fields with 2 years' in regulatory roles
  • Technical / scientific knowledge in relevant areas
  • Knowledge of Quality standards, food legislation through education or experience
  • Experience in the food industry in a technical, laboratory or quality capacity
