Are you looking for a new challenge? Due to rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join an expanding private company in their Head Office near Sidcup.
Do you want a role where you can actively contribute to the strategic vision of the Payroll department?Taking ownership of Payroll processes, your responsibilities will include; (but are not limited to)
- Processing fortnightly and monthly payrolls
- Ensure up to date knowledge and implementation of relevant legislations
- Streamline and simplify processes
- Project management
- Coach and support
- Assist with the integration and delivery of new technology
Requirements:
- Multisite experience
- Strong understanding of varying complex payroll cycles and laws
- Professional communication skills, able to influence teams and stakeholders.
- A Payroll qualification is advantageous
- Salary offered at £60,000 per annum
