Are you looking for a new challenge? Due to rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join an expanding private company in their Head Office near Sidcup.

Do you want a role where you can actively contribute to the strategic vision of the Payroll department?

Taking ownership of Payroll processes, your responsibilities will include; (but are not limited to)

  • Processing fortnightly and monthly payrolls
  • Ensure up to date knowledge and implementation of relevant legislations
  • Streamline and simplify processes
  • Project management
  • Coach and support
  • Assist with the integration and delivery of new technology

Requirements:


  • Multisite experience
  • Strong understanding of varying complex payroll cycles and laws
  • Professional communication skills, able to influence teams and stakeholders.
  • A Payroll qualification is advantageous
Remuneration

  • Salary offered at £60,000 per annum
