Do you have mortgage broker experience, and are seeking a new job in London? Podium Recruitment Limited is working with a client looking for a full-time Senior Mortgage Advisor, and the role comes with a salary of up to £50k p/a.

In your first few weeks in this mortgage advisor role, you can expect to:

Arrange and provide the most appropriate mortgage and buy-to-let solutions for clients
Help to encourage the introduction of a regulated mortgage division
Liaise with and expand out our panel of lenders
Assist case managers to aid case progression
Maintain expert knowledge of the residential lending landscape and trends and be able to convey that expertise to clients
CF1/CF6, full/ CeMAP qualified
Previous experience leading a team or as a senior broker is desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
