The company and role

Our client is looking for someone who has been working within a Technical IFA Administration role and who is looking to gain more technical experience.

There are 14 staff within the company based in beautiful refurbished offices and they offer a structured career development and exam plan based around your goals.

Role Responsibilties

Producing presale product illustrations and charge summaries to support the Paraplanner
Producing and preparing initial signup paperwork for new clients
Processing new business cheques and transfers on the wrap platform in line with the advisor's recommendation, nursing this through to completion
Processing buy, sell, switch and rebalance instructionsas required
Processing client withdrawal and income requests
Telephoning product providers with client queries or to obtain policy information
Preparation of investment update reports for client meetings
Ensuring all written correspondence to clients is accurate

This is a fantastic opportunity for any IFA administrator who loves the more technical aspects of the role and who is comfortable with numbers and with superb attention to detail.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
