We are recruiting an experienced Property Manager to join our professional and experienced lettings team in Bath who has a proven track record in Residential Lettings Property Management.

MAIN TASKS:

  • Managing a portfolio that comprises 90 properties in addition to a student block
  • Property Visits and inspections
  • Instructing maintenance contractors and administering the invoices
  • Liaison with Landlords
  • Negotiation and arrangement of deposit release
  • Managing process of return of deposits
  • Chasing any rent arrears
  • Managing compliance documents of contractors
  • Administration of tenancy renewals
  • Managing the block management element of the student building (testing fire bells, testing lift lines, inspections etc.)
  • Registering applicants
  • Booking viewings
  • In addition to Property Management tasks, there will be administration of tenancy renewals to complete.
