We are recruiting for a Multi skill electrically qualified tradesman to carry out reactive and planned maintenance to Luxury Retirement Village located in Battersea.

This is a static client facing role, looking after a mixture of Domestic and commercial services.

The works undertaken are a mix of Electrical and Mechanical PPM & Reactive tasks including L8 compliance tasks.

This is a great opportunity to work for a Luxury retirement community.


Multiskilled / Electrician Essential Qualification.

  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 or equivalent
  • 18th edition (essential)
  • 2391 or 2394/2395(desirable)
  • Good Communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • At least 2 years' experience working in a similar role or Hotel environment
