Role Overview:

Eptura is hiring a dynamic and results driven RVP, Enterprise Sales, Reporting to the SVP, Sales EMEA.

As the RVP, Enterprise Sales you will be responsible for leading and motivating our high performing sales team to drive revenue in the up market segment.

This role requires a deep understanding of solution selling, MEDDIC sales methodology, and a passion for driving success.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of strategic enterprise sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Continue to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate and expand our presence in the enterprise segment.
  • Drive the adoption of Eptura's Sales Playbook and solution selling methodologies, particularly the MEDDIC sales methodology, to ensure consistent and effective sales processes across the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed within the team.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and report to senior leadership, highlighting key wins, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Work alongside senior leadership to assess and improve the current GTM process, methodologies, infrastructure, and metrics; create a strategy to scale organization and increase revenue to meet goals of leadership team board and investors.
  • Monitor the revenue pipeline leads, adjusting as necessary to create repeatable, sustainable growth.
  • Prospect, win, and nurture relationships with key clients. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Increase revenue to meet the goals of the Leadership Team, Board, and Investors
- scale the global organizational headcount, fill gaps, and champion internal career progression in line with the business needs through hiring, mentoring, on boarding, and coaching a top-tier sales team.

  • Inspire, encourage, enable, and develop high performers, while building a culture of predictability and accountability
  • Partner with Marketing to track lead to sale conversions, enhance messaging, and create a tactful demand generation funnel.

About you:


  • Experience leading a sales organization at high growth scaleup phase in the enterprise sales space.
  • Minimum 812+ years in Enterprise Software Sales with 5+ years in management leading teams selling ACVs of $200k+.
  • Datadriven/metricsoriented approach, understands how to build a high performing and repeatable sales process.
  • Highly organized, selfdirected business style, with a strong ability to prioritize.
  • Must be a seasoned executive, business leader, and diplomat who knows how to navigate the boardroom effortlessly and present well in front of stakeholders.
  • Track record of hiring, developing, motivating, mentoring and retaining worldclass sales teams to meet ambitious goals, including midlevel managers and directors.
  • Fluent in English, German and proficiency in French would be preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment adapt to changing priorities.
