Join our Facilities Management team as a Facilities Assistant and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services.

As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll contribute to the day-to-day operations and ensure our customers and stakeholders receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

Front of house such as welcoming visitors & supporting them appropriately
Ensuring security procedures are followed
Delivery of support services such as porterage, meeting room management, managing the FM mailbox
Inductions for new starters, including H&S and environmental inductions
Logging, facilitating and overseeing reactive and PPM visits
Ensuring compliance for environmental & HSEQ standards
Completion and compliance of traffic management plans, Fire risk assessments and water hygiene arrangements as appropriate
Completing and assisting with audits including security

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experienced in a fastpaced/office environment
Experience in a customer service role
