I am currently looking to recruit an experienced and self-motivated sous chef.

My client is a noteworthy private members club based in the heart of London, that offers top-quality seasonal British food.

This is a permanent position paying £34,880 pa + benefits and offering great work-life balance, as you will work around hours per week.

The start date is from the 2nd of May 2023.

  • Confident in all sections of the kitchen.
  • A sous chef / senior chef de partie with proven experience in working with fresh seasonal produce and with knowledge of the classic cooking techniques.
  • An enthusiastic, passionate individual, and a friendly leader.

The role:

  • You will prepare and present traditional British dishes to a high standard.
  • You will assist the head chef in creating seasonal menus and you will run the kitchen in his absence.
  • You will work well as part of a team, ensuring the Club's standards are maintained at all times.
  • You will consistently comply with health and safety regulations and ensure that the BOH staff will follow these guidelines.
  • You will liaise with the FOH staff to ensure the smooth running of services.
