A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Quality Management Graduate to join a successful manufacturing/production business.

This unique role will give you the opportunity to gain experience within the Quality department, maintaining and developing the teamand the functions within the business.

This role has great progression opportunities to develop into management in the future.


Job Description:


  • To ensure staff are compliant with health & safety risk assessments
  • To ensure orders for the customer are completed on time
  • Involvement in resolving issues that may arise with customers
  • Overseeing the quality check of sourced products and feeding back to the sourcing team
  • Problemsolving within the manufacturing department
  • Ensure all changes to stock are controlled and justified
  • Ensure all tools and techniques are being used correctly
  • A graduate educated to degree level
  • Computer literate with good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office
  • Strong team player ideally someone who can demonstrate this
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, timekeeping, and organisation
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and to manage your workload
  • A confident individual able to lead a team
  • Ambitious and driven
  • Someone who has natural problemsolving skills
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm


Salary:
£20,000 - £21,000 per Annum
